What is NEOM?
NEOM is a city and a massive development project located in northwestern Saudi Arabia, on the Red Sea coast. It covers an area of approximately 26,500 square kilometers – larger than some countries!
The project was first announced in 2017 as part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, spearheaded by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
